Team Registration

New option, now you can register as a team!

Coach / Team parent will go in and register the team.

During this process they will invite players to join the team.
Parents will receive an email with a link to fill out all of the info needed for the roster.
Coach or Team Parent will pay for the team upfront and can get reimbursed from the players. Team registration is a 10% overall discount from individual registration.
Teams are limited to 10 kids per team
Coaches will be able to select either the Competitive schedule or Recreational schedule. For the Competitive schedule your team may play up to half of their games at other Pick 6 locations against other top teams.

Teams must have a .500 or better record to advance to the Superbowl Tournament.

Practice is 1 hour before game start time except for Pre K / K which is 30 to 45 minutes. Practice time will not show on your schedule.

NFL Flag Football League

Who is ready for Flag Football? All of our programs are non contact, with a once a week commitment with practice and games on the same day. Kids get to dream big by wearing NFL Flag Jerseys. Great way to continue to improve your skills, hang out with your friends, and be active this fall! Check out all of the information below.

Age and League Divisions

Pick 6 Flag Football league is for kids in grades Pre K thru 11th Grade. All of our programs are Coed.

Can my child play with their friends?

We love to put kids on the same team as their friends! One of the biggest reasons kids play youth sports is to hang out with their friends.

When registering your child, please list your child's friends first and last name in the Buddy / Friend request field. If you want to request a specific coach please list first and last name in the Coach Request field.

Just learned your child's best friend is playing after you signed up? No problem, send us an email to customerservice@pick6sports.com and we will get that updated for you.

Do you offer a multi child discount?

When are the teams and schedules released?

Teams and rosters are released 2 weeks prior to the first day of the season. Schedules / Rosters are always released on Monday by 4pm.

Please note while schedules are released before the season the schedule may be updated as we finalize the team count leading up to the season.

What equipment does my child need?

My child is currently showing unassigned?

If your child is showing their team as Unassigned, don't worry we are still working on creating the teams. Pick 6 Sports uses TeamSnap for our registration system but a system limitation is we are unable to hide the rosters while we build them out. This process takes a few weeks while we perform all of the double checks to ensure we get the kids on the right teams.

Coach or Friend not seeing you on the team? This simply means we are still working on getting your child assigned to the team.

My Child's team is showing Volunteer Coach Needed

All of our Flag Football team is led by volunteer coaches. Pick 6 Sports provides our coaches with great tools, training, and resources for all of our coaches to be successful.

If your team is showing "Volunteer Coach Needed", that means we are still looking for a parent to volunteer to coach for the season.

Volunteer coaching is a great way to spend quality time with your kids being active. You are already going to be at the field watching them for 2 hours on a weekend so why not get involved? Being part of your child's team is a great way to build those lifetime memories with your child.

Volunteer coaches do get the opportunity to pick their NFL team. All Pick 6 Teams represent a different NFL team at each location. Get your picks in by signing up to volunteer to coach early.

Field is the Turf field in the back of school
No parking in the fire lanes. Additional parking is available in front of the school
No pets of any kind are permitted on school grounds
All trash needs to be packed out and taken home

Ready to step onto the sideline and lead a team this spring? Awesome, the kids really appreciate you volunteering this season!

As your kids sign up for the program, please encourage them to list your first and last name in the Coach Request form.

If you have coached before with Pick 6 Sports, we do need you to complete this registration for each season. This allows us to get all information about your upcoming team and ensure we have you ready to go for the upcoming season.

All coaches will need to complete a background check. Pick 6 Sports does require coaches to complete 1 background check each calendar year.

Welcome to the State Tournament!

Want to compete for the state title this year? Pick 6 Sports participates in the Washington State Youth Flag Football Tournament held in June of each year. This is a chance to participate against all leagues throughout the state.

All teams who finish with a .500 record or above qualify for this tournament. Please note there is an additional registration fee for this tournament.

Which team can claim the bragging rights as All League Champions for Pick 6 Sports? This is the tournament to settle that debate.

The All League Championship brings together the Super Bowl Regional Champions to compete for the championship. This event is held the weekend following the Super Bowl Regional Tournament.

Super Bowl Regional Tournament

The Road to the Super Bowl

Pick 6 Sports post season tournament is the Super Bowl Tournament. This is a regional tournament that combines up to 5 different location to compete for the title of Super Bowl Champs!

All teams who finish .500 or better are invited to compete in this Regional Championship Tournament.
Tournament games may be on Saturday and or Sunday
Tournament is held at a regional location
Tournament seeding is based on regular season league record
Super Bowl is for 1st thru 8th Grade teams

For our end of year tournament teams will be put into a Gold / Silver Championship.

Gold - Top 50% of qualifying teams go into Gold Bracket
Silver - Rest of teams compete in the Silver Bracket.

Winners of the Gold Tournament will move on to the All League Championship if there are multiple regional tournaments.

How Do You Qualify?

Easy, just have a .500 record or better during the regular season and you are in! Teams will qualify for the post season tournament based on their regular season league record. Teams need to have a .500 or better record to advance to the post season.

What is a .500 record? This is just looking at the overall winning percentage of the regular season games. A .500 record means the team had either the same amount of wins as losses, or more wins than losses. This can be calculated by dividing the number of wins by total games played.

What Is The Post Season Format?

Pick 6 Sports post season is a Regional Tournament that incorporates multiple Pick 6 Sports Leagues locations at one location. This gives teams a chance to compete against other teams in their region. The tournament may be either a 1 or 2 day tournament depending on the number of teams that qualify.

Tournament Format - 1 or 2 Day Tournament:

- Single Elimination Bracket. Typically between 8 to 12 teams qualify for the bracket. Please note when over 8 teams in the bracket, there may be a bracket game played on Day 1.
- Each Game is 40 minutes long (2 - 20 minute halves)
- Typically teams will need to win 3 to 4 games to win the title

The tournament format (1 day versus 2 day) will be released the Monday after the 1st regular season game.

How Are Teams Seeded?

Teams are seeded for the Regional tournament based on overall record during the regular season and the overall size of their local Pick 6 Sports league.

1st - Local Pick 6 Sports League Seeding - Teams are seeded within their local league based on overall win/loss record.

Head to Head is the main tie breaker when looking at teams with similar records.
Wild Card Weekend (the final week of the regular season) is used to ensure that any ties are resolved on the playing field.

2nd - Regional League Seeding for Championship Bracket

Each local league is seeded in the Regional Tournament Championship bracket based on the overall number of teams in their local league.
The #1 team from each league does get a bye into the Championship Bracket and how they are seeded in the Bracket is based on the number of teams in their local Pick 6 Sports league.
For example:
1. #1 Overall seed would go to the #1 team from the largest league, the #2 overall seed would go to the #1 team from the 2nd largest league, ect…

*Please note if the tournament is only 1 day, the #1 team will not receive a bye unless there is an odd number of teams.

What Are The Tie Breakers?

Pick 6 Sports feels the more ties that can be settle thru league play the better and always attempts to use game result as the tie breaker. One main reason for our Wild Card Weekend on the final game of the regular season to ensure we can adjust the schedule to resolve any seeding ties.

2 Way Tie - Teams have the same record or have the same number of losses.

Did teams play during the regular season?
1. Yes - Team that won match up during season would be given the higher seed.
2. No - Move to Step 2
Teams did not play during regular season
1. Teams will be schedule to play on Wild Card Weekend (the final day of the regular season) to resolve the seeding tie.

3 Way Ties - 3 Teams have the same record

Did each team play each other during regular season?
1. No, would be scheduled to play during Wild Card Weekend
2. Yes - Move on to step 2
Did 1 team beat the other 2 teams?
1. Yes, that team would be the highest seed. Then we would look at head to head for the other 2 teams.
2. No - Move on to step 3
Teams each have a 1-1 record against the teams they are tied with
1. Are we able to schedule a shoot out on Wild Card Weekend?
  1. Yes - Schedule Shoot Out. (8 Minute Game)
  2. No - Move on to tie breakers below
2. 1st Tie Breaker - Look at the Win they had against the highest seeded team in their league. If there is 1 team
3. 2nd Tie Breaker - Look at loss against the lowest seeded team in their league
  1. The team with the loss against the lowest seeded team would get the lowest seed, head to head for the other 2 teams
  2. If 2 teams have the loss against the lowest seeded team in their league, then the 3rd team would get the higher seed and look at head to head for the other teams
  3. All 3 teams loss to the same lowest ranked team - Move on to Step 4
Final Tie Breaker
1. Teams are randomly drawn using a software program to pick the order of the teams tied

What Is The All League Championship?

The All League Championship is an invite only tournament where our Super Bowl Regional Champions come together to see who was the Pick 6 Sports All league Champion for that season. The All League Championship is held the weekend following the Super Bowl Regional Tournament.

Format

Games are single elimination. Game length is full game length (2 - 20 Minute Halves)
There is a 3rd place consolation game for teams who loss in the Semi Final round. This also allows for teams to play against another top team from another region.
Typically teams can plan on playing 1 to 2 games to win the championship.

Please note:

In seasons where there is only 1 Regional Tournament, that will serve as the All League Championship.
If there is a grade level division where all teams are playing at the same Regional Tournament the Championship game of that tournament will be played at the All League Championship event.

Yes, we love to recognize our teams with some swag and awards. Top teams at the the Super Bowl Regional Tournament and the All League Championship event will be recognized.

How Does The Gold / Silver Bracket Work?

For our end of year tournament teams are divided into a Gold / Silver Championship bracket based on their regular season league record. The goal of this is to ensure that teams are placed into a post season bracket to allow them to compete against similar level teams, while giving more teams the chance to win.

Who goes into the Gold and Silver Bracket?

Gold - Top 50% of qualifying teams from league play will go into the Gold Championship bracket
Silver - Rest of teams compete in the Silver Bracket.

Example:

In our Seattle League we have 8 teams with a .500 or better record for an age/grade level. The top 4 teams would be placed in the Gold Bracket, and teams 5 thru 8 would go into the Silver Bracket.

Winners of the Gold Tournament will move on to the All-League Championship if there are multiple regional tournaments.
