Pick 6 Sports is looking for new team members this spring!  Now is your chance to get into the game as a Referee or Field Manager for the upcoming season.  

Our Flag Football league is built on our awesome employees.  Pick 6 Sports provides our Referees and Field Managers with great tools, training, and resources to be successful.

Working for Pick 6 Sports is a great way to give back to the community while making some extra money.   This is a great first job for High School students or adults looking to make some extra money on the weekend.  

Job Snap Shot:

  • Season consist of 9 to 10 weeks
  • On a typical day you can plan on working 3 to 6 hours depending on your location.  
  • Referees typically works around 40 hours for a program during the season.  If you work both Saturday and Sunday you can get more hours. 
  • Hours are available on both Saturday and Sunday.  
  • Employees eligible to apply for $1000 scholarship
  • No experience is required, training provided!
  • Pay is every 2 weeks

What are the requirements?

  • Great attitude, like to be active, and able to explain decisions to Coaches, kids and parents
  • Must be 15 years or older to be a Referee, 18 years or older for Field Manager
  • Be able to commit to atleast 4 hours per weekend.  (More hours are available)
  • Must be able to commit to the full 8 to 9 week season. 
  • Have reliable transportation to the field.  Don't sign up to work at a location that your not able to get to easily. 
  • Pass a National Background Check
  • Communicate and confirm your work shifts on a weekly basis
  • Attend pre season training session with the Pick 6 Sports team

What locations can I apply to work?

Pick 6 Sports has locations all over Washington, Idaho, Utah, Oregon and California.  Use our League Finder to see which location may work best for you:

Is the pay per game or per hour?

At Pick 6 Sports we pay an hourly rate.  This ensures if you are scheduled to be there earlier to help set up that you are paid for your time.  In addition Pick 6 Sports games times can vary depending on the Child's age.  

Typically you can plan on doing 1 game per hour. 

How often do we get paid?

Pick 6 Sports pays every 2 weeks on Friday.  Our preferred method is via direct deposit so that you get your funds right away into your account.  

If you don't have a bank account, you will be issued a paper check.  These may arrive on Monday or Tuesday following payday.  The delay is due to the checks being mailed from the Payroll company and then us having to mail to you.

Congratulations to James Chen on earning the Pick 6 Sports $1000 college scholarship. James has been a part of the Pick 6 sports team during his high school career working various seasons. James will be attending the University of Washington - Seattle after gaining direct admission into the College of Engineering. I plan to major in Computer Engineering with a minor in business. After working as an intern last year at Microsoft, I am currently interning at T-Mobile as a software engineer and plan to referee football on my spare time.
